  1. So true ๐Ÿ™‚ and the cruises are shorter which will attract the crowd that can only get a couple of days off work!! Bring on the longer cruises and the โ€˜blue cardsโ€™ will return to PnO. Unlike all us retirees with too much time on our hands ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜†
  2. Read a review yesterday that referred to โ€œlots of Blue cards on boardโ€. (First I had heard the term ๐Ÿ™„) He then went on to explain - blue cards/first time cruisers. I guess they are now โ€œBlue Medallionsโ€ ๐Ÿ˜† though Blue Card seems apt.
  3. Gorgonzola is also a blue cheese ๐Ÿ™‚ still a black n blue onion soup ๐Ÿ‘
  4. Here it is: Note - Roquefort cheese is a blue cheese, can use Gorgonzola instead.
  5. I have the recipe for this soup - the genuine article from Princess ๐Ÿ™‚
  6. Oooh - I actually like sparkling water - and the Zero Mojito of course ๐Ÿ˜‹
  7. Ok - there you go, coincidence perhaps, that both events happened around the same time - Feb 2018?
  8. Also think that perhaps arxcards could fill this position too - I think heโ€™s part of the 26th June crew
  9. That sounds like a good idea ๐Ÿ’ก I think the 15 alcohol per day limit came onto cruises (Australian anyway) after that Carnival debacle years ago. They ( people involved) blamed overindulgence in alcohol. Or so I heard ๐Ÿ™„
  10. Pretty sure it will. Iโ€™m in big trouble on the Plus package if they limit it to 15 total drinks a day, I can do that in soda, coffee, juice and water - easy!!
  11. OPT in Sydney can manage it and more, Im sure Brisbane will manage as well. ๐Ÿ‘
  12. I can do that now, but โ€ฆ truly canโ€™t step out there that far financially, from that generation I guess. Need to have the $$ available to feel secure. As we say, this couple have made a choice and good on them - none of us truly know their circumstances or why they made this decision ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ
  13. Found this for you, lists the type and price per glass / bottle:
  14. Hi again Cbtours - I gather you are heading for Airlie today? I tried really hard, but itโ€™s a touch cloudy & cool for up here, so Iโ€™ll try to do better tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  15. Sorry Cbtours back on track ~ how are things going for you this morning, how was dinner/show and first night? (At least we are all in the same time zone atm) Loving the suite? Rose ๐ŸŒน
  16. Regardless - still the $$$ just confounds me ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ Too much for this old brain to comprehend. Each to their own though ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  17. It says they have organised all cruises through a clean TA ๐Ÿ˜‰ My mind still canโ€™t get around the cost of 795 days at sea - the rough maths ๐Ÿ˜ฎ : - eg: assume $250pp/pd = $500.00 x 795 - TOTAL: $397,500.00AUD. And I bet they arenโ€™t in an interior cabin - so I say double that, as a minimum. And โ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ unless they sold their home, they have rates, upkeep, insurances, car rego/s โ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ See โ€ฆโ€ฆ mind boggling ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿฅด Have to say not for me, on just one ship even, - but good luck to them I say - if this is what they have chosen to do ๐Ÿ˜† We will be able to pick who they are on any given Coral cruise - theyโ€™ll be the ones calling all the crew by first name, asking about crew member families, etc etc etc ๐Ÿ˜‚
