Well, seems my bland assessment of the testing is being tested right now by Cbtours, so follow the posts we are having to see if this helps at all. Just like the app itself, seems nothing is quite so simple 🙄

Well, you are on the spot - let us know how you go, you are doing a RAT or PCR?

I don’t understand why there is confusion with this? 24 hours before you intend to board the ship, do a RAT test - either saliva or nasal, your choice. Once you have the test confirmed as Negative, log onto the Medallion App and in the Health Questions find the one that asks you to ATTEST to a negative result. Then Attest that it was negative. Then exit the app, close your suitcase and wait to for your cruise to begin. Am I wrong about this? Could anything be easier?

If you are concerned, it will be fine if it’s in checked luggage (suitcase) along with shampoo, makeups, perfumes etc etc there should not be a problem. Have always taken my own sanitiser, even in my carry on - way before Covid BTW. Only way I can eat in the buffet. 🤭 Yes, I have a bit of a problem 😲.

Spent 26hrs on planes and in airports in mid May - masked on all planes and in every airport we entered. Sleep was a little difficult when wearing a mask, and if you dared pull it down under your nose, the flight attendant quickly told you to fix it. Can see the necessity of it but do hope it’s over before our next overseas flights/s in July ‘23 😷 😮‍💨

We now have Coral Princess what looks like permanently based in Australia and doing the WC each year from Australia. There has been discussion about whether the pools are heated; specifically Coral Princess’s pools. Does anyone know the answer to this question? It amazes me that we would even need heated pools around Australia - (though definitely welcome on a WC). TIA.

On the current cruise of 2 days - probably. But Moreton Bay can get a touch savage at times too. But on Cbtours cruise on the 16th, they go a bit further up the coast than Moreton Bay 🙄 - hope they do anyway!

The seas will be dropping off by the time Cbtours boards on the 16th - down to 3m swells or lower if Coral hugs the coast 😆

Agreed - this is more for the Coral ‘activation’ cruise 😁

The dark blue on the reef is up to 2m, the pink to red is 6 to 9m - 🤢

Once they are past Bundaberg they’ll be within the reef and it seems calmer …… 🌊🌊

Pretty sure the complimentary icecream is soft serve - in buffet 🤔 The good stuff is at the Icecream Bar - for $$. But let’s see what Cbtours discovers for you 👍
