  1. I've been on the Sky 3 times and love it. I have a review in my signature.

I have never been to Atlantis, it might be great but it's crazy expensive. There are plenty of other excursions, tours, or things to see in port that are much less expensive. Check out the port board for more on that.

I think the last round of people are off the board by 10am? You can sit at the airport for hours if you need to. I've done it.

I have no idea about flying home form Nassau, someone else will have to address that.

For seasickness get some over the counter meds before you come. If your husband is that bad he may want to get advice from his doctor.

Bottom line....I love the Sky and would sail her again in a heart beat. It's a great ship and my teen also loved it the time she got to go.

  2. If you go to ncl.com and find your cruise you will see your excursions. Reviews are listed when you click on each excursion.

I've done NCL excursions and private ones, good experiences with both. The plus for NCL is that you are guaranteed not to get left behind if your excursion is late, with private no guarantee. The two private ones I chose I researched a lot so not to be nervous about making it back to the ship.

    Hope that helps!

  3. I've been on the Dawn once and the Sky 3 times. I love NCL. I would say pick a different ship and give them another chance. I enjoyed the Dawn but do like the Sky better. I plan on choosing a different NCL ship for my next cruise to experience another ship and destination.

As far as terminals, Tampa is horrible. Miami is wonderful!

  4. For NCL to break back into a market or explore a new one sending a large ship there would make it very hard for them to fill. I agree it would be nice to see a new one go somewhere exotic but I think it's going to be the smaller, older ones breaking into a new market. If anything the UK market might get a flashy new NCL ship but South America, Asia and Australia will likely never see one. :(

I agree NCL does need to do something with their cruise itinerary portfolio to keep their loyal customers around.

I'll take a smaller ship in a new place too!
