Is this normal? Should I kick up a fuss? We are very disappointed

The terms of your booking state that they can change itineraries for any reason.

Every cruise line has this in their terms.

Don't let this keep you from enjoying your cruise!

Last week I was in the app and I had all these people who we don't know, linked to my account.  My partner and I are linked to friends who are coming on our upcoming cruise in October and we asked them if they knew who these people were and they didn't so it was just random people.  Virgin are blaming our TA but our TA says that it wasn't her that added them and we believe her because she is one of our friends.  I would hate to think that some stranger has my private details in their account.

This happens when your agent,or the agency they work for has you booked into a "circle" (group booking) https://www.virginvoyages.com/firstmatesahoy/latestnews/circles-group-bookings

  3. You can bring 2 bottles of wine onboard when you first embark. Any bottles brought on in other ports will be collected upon re-boarding and delivered to your cabin on the last night of your cruise.

The agent is one of their top agencies. They're offering an entry into a contest for a free cruise instead of the Sailor Loot.

You should have been on the Delta flight from ATL to San Juan today.

Sir Richard came on board and gave everyone a free cruise on the Resilient when she starts sailing out of San Juan later this year.

I appreciate all the feedback from those of you who sailed in Australia.  It sounds like the season was marginally successful.

Let's face it. If they had done well in Australia, they would find a way to go back, but now in San Juan they can sell cabins for $3K instead of $600. They can't give the product away anymore.

  6. We'd never sail Princess again after sailing with Virgin. They even offered us special fares for this summer/fall,14 days for $50 per cabin, and we still didn't consider them.

Virgin is vastly superior to Princess in so many ways.

It will be hard to find a cruise line exactly like Virgin, as there are kids on most other lines.

It all depends on what's important to you. Food, service, amenities, itineraries, entertainment, etc.

I was told on my last cruise by the gentleman at the Future Cruise Credit spot that Sea Blazers would always retain the perks as recognition for their support of VV. Now whether this is true or not, who knows.

Some sort of perks like the extra bar tab yes, but not necessarily DBE.

I am meeting someone at the port who is a member of staff working on Scarlet Lady (Virgin Voyages) . Do you know what time staff disembark and where is one supposed to meet them? Thanks

It's all going to depend on things like the department they're in, seniority, and if they're ending they're contract at disembarkation.
