  1. I have a few carnival tumblers as well. One thing I can say is they are hardy. Beats the coffee mugs that end up with a soaked paper insert and a outer shell that twists and falls apart! They hold up after many times in the dishwasher. As far as keeping my coffee warm, well, it does not keep warm Fir too long. But, I do like my coffee really hot. MHO

I would bring it and as the OP stated. Bring it with and try for yourself.

  2. We got this offer the last time it was offered and have yet to take that cruise. I just checked both of our offers on Carnival and we seem to have missed the offer this time. I wonder if it because we still have a cruise booked.

Even with one booked I'm still looking for deals to get me back on a ship before this winter is over.

I Was booked and did not have the offer until after my return. My DH had it though. Once I saw it, we booked two rooms. Great deal, too good to pass up. You may see one after you finish your cruise. If still available.

  3. Jiffy Jeff has always been on time for me everytw me I use him. He responds to emails immediately. There is a four person minimum to get the 15.00 fare but just plan flights when you know there will be other passengers. I have also rented a car when we had a lot of time to spend in FLL before our flight. Not bad rates at all.

  4. Nothing new. If you bring liquor onboard from your port of call, you have to turn it in and can retrieve it the last morning onboard. What they are referring to is cokes, water and other non-alcoholic drinks. You are allowed to take those to your cabin immediately.

That's what I thought, they keep it to end of voyage. Thanks for the clarification.

  5. I know that you can bring liquor onboard that you've bought from ports and that it gets sent to your room later on during the cruise, but what about other liquids? (soda, juice, liters of water etc.) Do they let you bring these things onboard as well?

Is this something new bringing liquor on from port? I thought If you purchase liquor In port you get it at the end of the cruise Same as if you purchased a bottle from the duty free on ship.

  6. While on the liberty in Oct. I received the drink card on the 2nd day out. But on the first night, talked to the pit boss, and he covered all my drinks that day. Also tipped my waiter a 5 dollar chip and from that day on, he made sure I was never without a drink, sometimes two, and would always check on me. So tipping does really help.;)

I also tip a 1.00 for every free drink and never had a problem waiting too long. I would get asked before my drink was empty.

  7. Just do a mock booking when logged in. The rate will show up and sailings are up until April 2015. We got the offer as well but you have to do a mock booking to see dates and rates. The offer was expired and states the sailings were for September. The search on offer page is always just spinning has not worked for me. In quite some time.
