The added classes seem to be done through a licensing/sales deal (all the classes offered are branded) I bet they will try the hard sell to get people to book more than the 2 free offered. Due to health limitations my Mom can’t participate so these offer 0 value. Not a real perk.

I agree 100% It’s nice to be able to have the floor space. I actually was able to roll out a yoga mat in between and participate in my usual online class, that’s how much space is available when separated. Have Fun!!

It’s equivalent to if you Earned airline miles but were told to claim them you would need to call. Upon calling you had to wait on hold for hours. You would not be happy with that situation as you were promised the miles . It comes down to inadequate customer service which is a valid complaint.
