I booked directly with representative of casino department. Thank you everyone for your replies. I have a message in to the supervisor and hopefully he can work it all out. Maybe I'm just being a bit nervous/overthinking and all will be fine. (Thought everything would be clearly listed, but then I did book on a Saturday two days ago...hm...)

It’s almost never listed unless as mentioned earlier you ask for a full breakdown.

If it was attached  to the offer code you received it.

A quick way to ease your nerves is to look on the App  under that booking number and choose MedallionNet

if your Princess plus has been applied you should see a note  “Not Started” If it hasn’t been applied you will see an offer to purchase.

    Hope That Helps

What form did you fill out? The only information I see is to send them your contact info, sailing details, and proof of shareholder status. 50351a91-4dc0-4f6b-bfec-684647e6129f

You can just an email with all the info, you don’t need to use a form.

For those who have been on the Caribbean lately or are currently on it now, what has been your experience with room service?  We have some early morning excursions and would need breakfast by room service.  Did it show up?  Was it on time? Etc

    Thanks

I was on a couple weeks back and my room service using the breakfast card always showed up on time. It was always on the early side of the slotted times.

Specialty coffees through the App showed up promptly,  coffee was not as requested but it was prompt..

Evening Room Service was an entirely different story

On our last cruise (back in 2017) the casino boss lady was trying to give us a free bottle of wine, but we already had the drink package, so my wife convinced them to give us free speciality dining one night. We went to the steakhouse and it was awesome, and the people at the steakhouse gave us a free bottle of wine too. So I guess that was a double bonus 🙂 We're supposed to get the "Ultimate VIP Treatment" on our next cruise along with our mini-suite, anyone know what the ultimate VIP thing is? Or is that what they call chocolate covered strawberries? 🙂

A few weeks ago on CB VIP

-The aforementioned Chocolate Strawberries and Bubbly

-Hot Seat and other ways to earn casino credit.
-Various SWAG- The reuse-able cups were the best.

-Opportunity to get more casino credit. (My Mom got $500 which she thought was one of the lower amounts)

Now if they would only give us the OBC for each 100 owned shares. 😁

I haven’t had any issues, I recently read that some are having problems.

i have received shareholder credit for my upcoming 7 cruises booked through the 2023 cut off.

If each 100 counted that Would Be Nice!

    Hey CC peeps,

I have been repeatedly trying to upload my NHS covid vaccine pass onto my Medallion App, using my IPhone.  My Vaccine pass is saved to my iCloud Drive as that is all the App keeps asking for, but when I go into upload file, the Covid Pass is greyed out.  Is this because it's a PDF and the Medallion App cannot read PDF's?  I am flumoxed.  I have taken a photograph of the pass and tried to upload that, but it just says, waiting for verification.  I'm now concerned about uploading our pre boarding covid tests as they are time sensitive.  Are there any intrepid people who have this figured out?  Many thanks.

“waiting for verification” is the default note. It’s loaded but you still need to bring the original.
I cruised a few weeks back and they still ask for your proof of vax, the default note about verification never updated so I’m not entirely sure they are fully using that element yet.

High tea was not available to Elite members on my post covid cruises. That was a suite perk. Doesn't really matter. You can put it together on the app (fruit, veggies, cheese, key lime pie, vanilla tea .... yum)

Tea is in one of the MDRs off the piazza

I ordered tea on the Enchanted and CB not in a suite since the restart. It shouldn’t be ship specific but maybe right now it is?

Just curious if any of you are successful at getting the Stockholder credit if you are booked on a Casino Comped cruise?

Yes on my upcoming cruises and past ones as well.

Princess will give you shareholder for comped cruises but HAL won’t, just FYI

I am familiar with the elite perk for tea in your cabin, but unless you have a deluxe balcony or larger, it's hard to enjoy with no place to sit, so sometimes it's easier to just get it in the MDR.  I wasn't sure if they are still doing it post covid.

Yes, they are, the line was down the hall last week for a table.  I’ll have it delivered just for that reason alone..

Delivery only, or do they have a venue where you can go have afternoon tea?

Afternoon Tea is normally on sea days in a MDR around 3pm-4pm.

The elite benefit is to have the entire  set up delivered to your cabin.

On the Enchanted Princess it was a great experience to have it delivered,  beautifully presented.

On the CB last week the set up was not as nice.

I’m sure this has probably been covered but I tried the search and can’t find it, so apologies if it has.

Just looking through the Elite Benefits , am I right in saying the Elite/ Platinum cocktail party has disappeared and also the Elite Lunch? I know the internet has definitely gone but wondered about the others and what is now it their place?

I see there is a wine tasting, how do you get that and also the afternoon tea please? Do you get the canapés automatically on a formal night or do you have to pick a time (I hope so) and also can you pick what you want or do you just get a selection?

High Tea to be delivered you need to order through  room service 24 hours in advance.

Wine Tasting varies by ship-Enchanted, I needed to sign up, note was left in cabin.

CB, you just needed to show up.

Captains Circle cocktail party still exists along with the platinum/elite hour

    Hello

Are we allowed to take Travel Heated Rollers on board

I am aware that Hair Straighteners and Hair Dryers are allowed

    Many Thanks

Yes, my Mom brings them every cruise

I wonder if the covid cases are high, guests and crew?  That would definitely add to the problems.  They also have been doing crew change overs.  More new crew.

Are they still blocking one of the circular  seating areas in the piazza with the band setup?

Under the stairs? It’s been that way as far as I can remember, since 2014

  14. I described this cruise as Frantic

-The crew were so over extended that they were always running especially in the dining rooms.

-I seemed to be trying to outrun the lines for coffee/dining room waits. Tables for 2 at breakfast/lunch always had a separate line to wait in usually 3 or 4 tables deep

-The international cafe was always a mess, the idea that everything ordered was in the back kitchen and that a single person needed to walk back for each item was beyond time consuming.

-I waited 2 hours for room service one evening

I am hoping that this gets sorted and that CB can resolve its staffing issues soon.

Princess is wrong for selling this ship more than 60 percent because they just can’t handle it.
