    When I have had access to DMW, I only see one DR presented for each time slot.  But I know others with near-term cruises have seen as many as all three.  

     

    It's not clear how they are preserving TD, unless the MD intervenes when assigning tables (DMW doesn't give you a table number pre-cruise and not clear to me if it does on board).

     

    A key missing element is lack of table-size selection in MC App.  Part of this is due to Covid protocols, but it seems on board, they are mixing people at tables.  

     

    It seems more and more to me that DMW is an Anytime reservation system and is failed thus far to replicate TD.  (Of course AT diners like to have table-size choice as well).

     

    (I know I am a dog on a bone on this, but DMW still needs attention).

     

    I did notice in DMW that it will offer me tables for 2, 4 or 6 people depending on what's available for each time frame I choose.  (We are a party of two) 

    I booked both ways a blanket same time, same dining room each night and I individually picked times and DR based around excursion return times.

    You have to call princess  to add Wifi on to your account, if you do it prior to boarding it's at a discount compared to the on board price. 

    At least that's what was just reported in the current " live from" thread

    I had dining issues that were recently worked out with the new App update.  Double check that you are using the latest version. 

    I would also double check all the dining days individually. I had requested a dining time and table for my entire sailing and it assigned me what I requested for the first day only and an entirely different table selection for each day following.

    In regular time the gym classes that were offered were fee based, the specific ones I am familiar with are 

    Yoga in the AM

    Spin Class

    Pilates Class

    The gym is nice but I always equate it to an Ant under a magnifying glass, lots of windows so the view is great but the gym is always HOT!

    Plenty of treadmills, Precors and weight machines. 

    I suggest  visiting  the fitness center on your first day  and taking a walk around, they have sign up sheets  for specific classes w/prices. 

    They gym does have opening and closing times so it's not 24hours

    ***Also read the fine print, most offers are valid to be used on 3 different bookings.

    You may  lose the Casino Free Play after the first but the rest of the perks stay.

    Check your operating systems for both and make sure they are fully updated.

    The compatibility for the App is 13.0 or later, if you have an older operating system on either that could explain why it's not fully compatible.

    ***Also make sure you have the latest version of the App on both 3.1.4

    *** #3, Apologies for jumping in but from what I have read/researched about this,  it seems that Milkshakes are only available on Grand Class Ships. He may be better off with virgin frozen drinks 🙂

  9. Question: Has anyone ever received an offer through email and when you call to book they

    tell you that particular sailing  isn't on "The List" even though it shows as available in your filtered casino offer results?

     

    Just had a very frustrating experience and there  doesn't seem to be a way to escalate it through to a dept head. I sent a very detailed email with screen grabs, the offer and fine print to the generic casino inquiry email address because when I asked for something more I was shut down.

    The DMW didn't work for me for months and then on the last update it started. I would just keep checking back and hopefully the same will happen for you. 

    As for arrival time maybe someone who has had success can let you know how far out that is available? 

    The App has been a headache all around but at least you were able to get the majority of it back up and working. Enjoy Your Cruise! 🙂

    That's no fun!

    I know they have different levels of offers and  I was hopeful that they were offering more PP options to everyone.

    I would delete both and re DL them both directly from the App Store, just to get the most up to date version. Normally you could just update but since you are already having issues I would just 

    delete the App off both and DL the updated version from the App Store.

    He is on the other cruises, just not on the one I changed yesterday.

    I had this happen,  I ended up just downloading  the App again and it synced back up. 

    You can also logoff yourself and log back in as your spouse and fill out the forms there. (Obviously that's a work around and not ideal but it does work)

    If you haven't updated the App recently (This week)  they did fix some bugs so it's worth updating.

It seems so simple to play a recording telling people to call back between those hours rather than letting people hold.

    The Samsung Galaxy 10 has a 9.0 operating system and the App works on 8.0 or higher so that's not the issue. 

    The issue could be that your phone doesn't have enough space to hold the App.

    I don't want to say delete the old App to create space on your phone which may allow for the new one if that's not 100% the issue.

    I have an iphone and not an Android but the App is 395M

    (according to Google Play Store)

    If you know where to look on your phone that shows storage space, I would start there. 

     

    Maybe someone better versed with  an Android phone  could jump in with a way to troubleshoot as well.

That has an orange circle with an exclamation point in it. I can't see how to accept it. None of the links are live on that page. 

     

    If I go back and click on "Next Step," it just brings me back to that page again and the links still don't go anywhere.

    Did you end up updating the App?  When was the last time you reinstalled it?

     

    I went through the steps above as you described and obviously you should be able to click on all those items and they should open so you can accept the passenger contract.  If you are using an older version of the App you need to update it, the app went through a significant debugging this week.

    I’m curious how this would work, it seems to me, we can say we’re open, but if you don’t have the correct documentation that means nothing.  

    We all have the same paper card from the CDC. That's what we use for all travel that is open. Some states have created other options as well for digital but the majority of travelers will just have the paper card which is the "Official" Vax Proof
