The Live Froms are on the main page and are just the last 3 sailings, passengers on board have set up threads where they can answer questions and give experiences.
-
In the current thread from the passengers onboard it's been said that TD doesn't exist anymore.
It was a big topic this morning, you can probably just reference the last few pages

Mind blown 🤯. Well I can definitely confirm and verify that on the actual paper menus there are no charges and I just went back relooked at all the menus I took pictures of from last week's Cruise. So incredibly strange.
Thank You.
I figured that may be the case.
I'll just eat in the MDR and not worry about ordering off of the App.

What is the the explanation for the surcharge for all the vegetarian options?
Is the charge just listed on the Ocean Concierge or on the main menus in the dining room as well?
Has an explanation been offered?
Could someone please confirm?
Thank You,
Jamie

But, fellow passengers will be eating together. Four couples, eight people?
Could just be be a “corporate policy” at this time. My company follows it’s own covid policy even when we are in buildings or places that have lesser restrictions.

No need - just check the deck plan and it's obvious which cabin it is.
Got it! I was looking at suites and not mini so I confused myself
-
@azbirdmom After your cruise could you please share cabin number?

So if I take it to my doctor and he does it they will accept it?
Check with your Dr. they may have tests they already offer.
Otherwise I’m not sure since it says “manufacturer of the test” -

But the drive-through version of this test, given by Walgreens in a few states, is accepted, right?
Correct. It’s monitored.

The time I was tested earlier this summer at a county site when I had some symptoms, they did not ask for my insurance info. When I registered for a CVS test for my cruise in two weeks, they did. Either way, there is no cost to me. I do wonder, though, if insurance companies will try to charge people who schedule multiple tests on the same day.
If your insurance company doesn't cover, it would then be covered through the gov’t program.

If you are hesitant about which test to get, call your local testing center or pharmacy and ask them which off of the list is available to you that complies with what Princess is requesting.
This list has grown since the first announcement so circle back around and double check since a new option may be available in your area.

Do know that Walgreens does offer 3 tests,
Only the Antigen and PCR are Approved.
The third is a rapid molecular non PCR test that is not approved.
Double check that you are getting an ANTIGEN OR PCR only

This is what I found from Amtrak, could be worth looking into.
I'm sure the schedule will open up once the need for travel into Canada increases

We are doing an Alaska cruise-tour July 2022.
For same itinerary, but in May, Princess is offering flight options into Seattle. Does the cruise line offer transfers from Seattle for a Vancouver cruise? If not, what would be the best experience for transportation? (I'd love a train if that's an option.)
Thank you for any assistance!
Great Question! I looked up airfare using miles and it's basically free if I can fly into Seattle but not Vancouver.
Following for answers 🙂

Updated FAQ - Covid Test Required eff 8/15
in Princess Cruises
Posted
Hi All!
Just saw that some are canceling due to availability of testing.
Here are a few resources and one was mentioned before for Seattle
*** Also Google Concierge Covid Testing for your area and see if anyone will actually
come to you for a test if you can't find anything in your area. This will be an out of pocket expense but
some use insurance to cover part of the cost.
