I'm currently on the Caribbean princess. Planks and steamers are not open. Service in main dining rooms has been spotty. Seems to be a lot of new staff, and not very organized. The bar staff however has been excellent.

Any chance to use OBC for a future cruise? With nothing on board to buy, I would certainly use it for a future Cruise

On The cruise with you. Have some observation as well. Disappointed with the lack of items in the shops. Talked to one of the staff and was told that it was a stocking problem and they would not have any extra items coming on board. Sad, when you have a lot of folks with a bunch of money to spend. You can only have so many massages! Had dinner last night on formal night at the crown grill and the staff seemed very disorganized. Another friend had dinner there a couple of nights ago and was pleased with the service. So I see that service is spotty. What we do miss is having an assigned seat at dining so that we can enjoy the same company each evening, especially getting to know our dining staff. We would prefer to have the same server each night in the dining room. We are enjoying the bar on 15 aft. Hasn't been very crowded there.
