We have over 15 cruises but but all on American ships, mostly Royal and Celebrity. We are thinking we would like to try Iona to Norway in2024. We sailed Anthem last year and wondered if Iona docks in the same place as it it was so easy to walk over to the ship from the Holiday Inn? Also we would love to hear people's opinions who have sailed on both USA owned ships and P&O, mainly the similarities and main differences? TIA Jo

We sail in ten days and today I have been told I have a successful bid and been given my new cabin number. When I Checked my luggage tags my original cabin number is still showing. Will the tags be updated or will they remain as is?

If you make a bid and the status shows offer received. but the status remains at offer received, does this mean the offer is not being considered?

Hi there have been so many changes to policies recently I feel kind of lost. If you book a cruise excursion in the cruise planner using your OBC is it still the case that you can cancel pre sailing. The OBC is then refunded back into the cruise planner, or is that not the way it is now? Jo

We sail in 9 days. I have just been told I will have my 3rd booster tomorrow. Is that Ok for boarding in Celebrity's rules or do I need to postpone the booster until I return to the UK?

OK I have some obc and everything is paid for. I thought I might play some slots so I have a question, if for example I load the machine with say $100 on my account and win (optimistic here) $50 and then cash out, will I receive $150 or just the $50 winnings. Please forgive the novice question.

OK strange update. I bid on 5 upgrades,4 showed expired and 1 pending as discussed above. Today the pending bid changed to no upgrade available. The expired bids all changed back to pending. I just wondered if this is a normal situation. Also all the now pending bids are suite categories and are all sold out, so how can they be pending?

Confused! My bid is showing pending, cruise in 3 weeks time. I have tried to alter the bid (increase it) but it doesn't give me the option, can anyone advise why this might be and how to go about getting access to increase the bid?
