In the ships I have been on the forward open deck area on the lido is closed off. However the sun deck is almost always open unless wind becomes a problem. Warning to anyone thinking about a starboard lido deck stateroom, the exercise room is right above you in some staterooms near the bow. If you like the thump thump thump of pax on the treadmills etc then this is the room for you. ;)

We have stayed in these rooms several times and have never heard noise from the exercise room.

We went May 13th. Even though we were platinum for priority boarding, there was not priority boarding that anyone there knew about. We arrived at Canada Place about 1 pm and it was close to 5 pm by the time we boarded. The ship did leave Canada Place late. Absolutely the worst embarkation that we have ever experience.

I got one as well. We gamble very little - basically enough to get some cash back from OBC. This is the 2nd offer that I received this year. 20 years of cruising I never received one before. My wife has never received one.

I would have to say Ruby, since we have been on the ship 3 times and have another booked for 2019. I am not fond of the Regal and Royal, only because of the lack of a walk around promenade deck.

It sounds like your travel agent may have been partly at fault. Why didn't they book it when they had the rooms picked out?

Did you book your 2019 cruise by calling Princess or through a Travel Agent?

I looked for the cruise on Princess.com and then booked through a agent. It is for the spring 2019 that the 3 for free is included.

Smart Casual all of time. We go on Formal nights, so we do no have to lug around formal wear. You will however see Tuxes in the specialty dining as well as the buffet on formal nights.

Hotels and gas stations do the same thing. They want to make sure they will be getting their money.

Book a suite or have enough cruises to be platinum or elite.

We have gone 3 times - always has been in May. The only downfall was the Salmon run had not yet started., However, we still did see quite a few bear. The last time was May 2016 and we did get into Tracy Arm on the small boat excursion - all the way to Sawyer glaciers.

Can you put 2 boarding passes on one phone??

I have been able to with my wife & I. Same confirmation number and I checked us both in at the same time. She is a little tech challenged. It has been with Delta that we do this.

I also received the offer - unfortunately I am unable to go for more than 7 days due to work. I would have loved to sign up though. My wife did not get it. Neither one of us are big gamblers.

I have mine in a Roth IRA. The dividends are reinvested in added stock. Since it is a Roth, there is no RMD's to worry about down the road. My kids can deal with the RMD's when I am gone.

I totally agree, as I would prefer a lower fare as well. I don't really drink, so sip and sale does nothing for me.

We don't drink either, however we did get OBC instead of the drink package.

We were just on the Emerald RT from Vancouver to AK. No complaints!
