  1. It's definitely giving me some giggles, just watching the app change throughout the day(s). Early yesterday morning for a Nov cruise booked prior to changes and early this AM
  2. North American bookings can still choose.
  3. Thanks I know a Scottish cruise friend sometimes books via USA . She said it was better pricing.
  4. OK Do they include the DSCs in yours? Such a different booking model.
  5. Interesting, saw several non usa/north American bookings information re MAS. As usual, very different from ours. So, yours is all or nothing? We can still choose or opt of beverages n dinners.
  6. Will look for your update as we have our February in a couple weeks. I'd guess they'd need to redo system for Lats dinners.
  7. From what I've seen from TAs, the $20 is inclusive. Same with the additional purchased separately for $40-$60.
  8. It's similar to Broadway Unplugged and did utilize production cast in theater; open seating. Went on both recent cruises and thought the cast were quite talented. Male & Female leads also did the "You are Norwegian Now" farewell. Nice to have actual vocals vs the recording. Different opinion 🙃
  9. Hollywood properties have changed their policies. Some have added a caveat for playing xx amount before ordering drinks. Caesars properties have definetly reduced benefits, Diamond lounge being one. I'm really not surprised that ncl trimmed the drinks benefits. I've been cruising for quite a long time and booking via cas for over a dozen years. Many were sailing via land certs, playing minimal if any and bragging about their free drinks. Just my observations.
  10. Worked seamlessly in early May. Saved a nice amount with beverage pkg refunds on other bookings. Side note Other lines are also tweaking benefits as well as land casinos. Free drinks for all is slowly disappearing everywhere. Even higher land tiers have seen reduced benefits. Recent cruises have had packed casinos, so not everyone is unhappy.
  11. Definitely more than some since restart. Had to buy toothpaste on a b2b . Of course, found my extra in the trunk post cruise. 🙃
  12. 2 whole ones would have been better. Crew friend from Getaway posted market pic from Belgium the other day, including strawberries. Inside joke because Getaway didn't have any raspberries for chocolate marquis, but lots of strawberries. I just lol and said, more strawberries, again. She said still no raspberries, running low on strawberries onboard.
  13. I didn't even notice the 6 pm departure time for a long time after booking. 🙃 Maybe some of the long time terminal workers have retired. I've not seen the older gentleman recently. Lots of new faces since restart and few seem to know about special assistance, but the terminal also moved the area. Gave us a very high boarding number once when family member had a scooter. Seem to recall different contract after restart. We just smile. We don't use the CAS Line either, lats line works fine and always "interesting " listening to fellow pax declaring their status. People watching is always a good way to start the cruise.
  14. I boarded in late February for our b2bs and they didn't have separate areas that I recall. The CAS line banner seems hit or miss, too. Late last year and prior no deck lines either, but had that in February. I've noticed differences in the weekday vs weekend boardings too. Frequently different terminal staff. NYC is my primary embarkation port. Never know what might happen. 🙃
  15. Thanks It had always been front left forever, then randomly switched to front right which had no space and seats were filled with disembarking pax waiting on transportation. They moved it front left after. Never know 🙃
  16. Had to double look as this check in; just confirming the special assistance area is still front left in terminal? Thanks!
  17. Hmmmm, Amarula n Maloneys/"Baloney" gone and Bailey's down to $12. 😁🥰😋
  18. FR for initial security is definitely new and interesting. Guess those who weren't able to upload pics will be in a line.
  19. We popped in there numerous times for late lunches on recent cruises. Especially nice on warm port days, dine outside. Reminiscent of the Uptown Grill on the Breakaway, not sure what Getaway was called. Since it's complimentary now, usually busy, but as with other things some still complain because they changed the menu when it became free.
  20. We always cruise in February but try to avoid Jersey week/President's break now, if possible. Did b2bs this year late Feb, early March into mid March. March cruise was same length, 10 days, but busier, but no issues with college spring breakers, more baby carriages, though. 🙃 The 12 day is likely to be very popular with all cruisers as many like the longer ones from NYC and currently the only option. The prices have rapidly increased since our November booking. The March one is an 8 day Bahamas, PC, so might have more college kiddos this year, but don't really expect masses.
  21. Definitely official; chatted with the floor mngr on recent cruises and they were trying to decide which machines to move into the smoking enclosure..
  22. Interesting; earlier NYC departure and later for Bermuda.
  23. A local lady had mentioned the other day that you all were departing at 5 instead of 3 Was yours changed precruise? Our sailings have a 6pm NYC departure and 3 pm Bermuda.
