Thanks, that is what I was doing this evening, checking prices when I could no longer see my reservation and prompted me to call. I think I am going to check my planner daily just to be sure my reservation doesn't disappear again.

My Beverage package for two in October was $927.84 including gratuities.
Today it was $1321.28, whic is $393.44 more than I had paid but since the system automatically began the auto refund when the reservation was cancelled they said they can't do anything. I am sure someone can but will call during normal business hours tomorrow to see if I get another answer. Otherwise I will email Mr. Bailey's office if someone can post his email.

My balance is not due until 12/30/21. I paid it in full in October.
Resolution said someone cancelled it because it showed a balance due, I pointed out I have an email showing a zero balance from when it was paid and even if there was an error and showed a balance due, where was the email to notify me or why did it cancel if the paid in full date hasn't passed yet.
They reinstated the reservation. However couldn't reinstate my Beverage package price. It is now $400 more for two people. They said they can put that on my account as an onboard credit which I am not happy about but better than nothing I guess.- 1

Has this happened to anyone? This morning I could see my cruise on the app and in the cruise planner. Now it shows no upcoming cruises and when I try to link it gives an error message. I am on hold with Royal but thought I would ask here as well. I am on the Odyssey Jan 29, 2022.

Personally I do not like the ice tea on Royal as it is not fresh brewed, it is some type of mix and I don't care for it. I make my own. Take tea bags make regular tea then dump it over ice. I have a large cup in addition to the one they provide with drink packages, this way my cup stays in the fridge and I have it available in the room and is cold.

But all activities are good to go including the arcade. I doubt anyone is cleaning the games each time someone moves from machine to machine. I am sure they are getting wiped down so it doesn't make sense the library is empty.

I haven't received any receipts and started reserving items in October. I had to call in to make one change and the person on the phone pushed through an email but took two days to reach me. I opened up my orders and took screen shots of everything just in case.

There is no way to predict. for my January 2022 cruise it was $79 went to $58 now it is up to $61. If you really want it even at that price, book it then keep watching the planner and cancel / rebook if it goes down.

If you reserve in advance and the company you use offers them no. I wouldn't expect them to have car seats if you wait and simply take a taxi once you are in the city.

I haven't used them but friends have, Check out RomeInLimo or RomeToolKit websites for information on transfers. I agree the train will be too much with luggage and a private transfer is wortth the extra money, especially if there ends up being a transit worker strike. These can pop up without much notice.

You can also look into Advent Health locations in Orlando. I agree if outside the U.S. utilize a VPN to change your country and then the CVS website should work.

Same, I see two excursions and two internet plans still confirmed, still pending on my cc. The person I had on the phone yesterday said he would escalate it but not sure where or if he did. Nothing changed today.
It is also the new cruise planner and Jan 29, 2022 Odyssey.
If anyone can post any updates it would be appreciated.

As the subject says, having issues with cruise planner. Have been on phone with someone for 2 hours and nothing has been fixed.
Any ideas of a more direct route either by phone or email?
Long story short the items I had in my card when I checked out didn't give me the field to enter a credit card, called reservations said they see them but don't see payment. Wouldn't let them rebook as it showed I had them. They said they cancelled them and rebooked now I see two of everything and see two pending charges on my credit card. Called again and they can't figure it out but do say everything cancelled and they are trying to book the items again but it they show that I already have them.Did not give me an option to cancel on the planner and why I called in the first place.

Go into your orders and see if you can cancel them. Under the description it should give you an option to cancel. I had an issue today as well. Had to call in to have them cancel what I had and rebook.

Jan 29, 2022 Odyssey - Prices in case anyone is interested.
Internet went down a bit, $10.99 orr $13.99 with Stream.
Giovanni's single dinner is lower $30.99
DBP is down to $60.99 but higher than I paid at $57.99 in October.
3nt dining package price hasn't changed.
UDP is $189.99, was this price in October, went to $210.99, back to $189.99.
Soda package is $5.99
Soda and Voom is $17.99
Refreshment $16.99.
Water can package 12 $9.99.
Not interested in the Key but is showing $17.99 if anyone is interested and no mention of discount at specialty restaurants in description.
One of the two excursions I wanted to book is discounted today.

Still showing regular pricing for Jan 29, 2022 Odyssey. I have it at a lower rate than current price due from last month (for this cruise) but will check again tomorrow just in case.

The reason to turn it on airplane mode is to avoid any fees that you didn't think of. Also background refresh on apps will use data. We turn off airplane mode when in port but not on the ship.
