Good afternoon everyone, hope you are all ok on this cold, blustery Monday. All the take of Madeira has made me excited for my hols in Feb, first time on Azura and first time to Madeira. We have booked the cable car & wicker basket toboggan. Some of you may remember I was having a scan to see if I could have a new drug for my MS, I got a letter Saturday saying I am not a suitable candidate. I was disappointed but friends have said it is a positive because I have no active lesions which is what they were looking for and no real changes since my last MRI in November 2019. I hate the Winter but signs of Spring are on the way, our daffodil shoots are a few inches high now. Have a nice day everyone Michelle

Morning everyone, hope you are all ok this morning. A lazy start for us today, I am still lying in bed writing this. We had a busy day yesterday as we went to visit grandchildren in Whitley Bay, a lovely day was had by all. We passed Langley Castle, they do a fabulous Sunday lunch and had we not eaten we would have been tempted to go in, highly recommended. We have family over today so I need to prepare and cook lunch. Looks a lovely day outside with no wind so a stroll on the promenade looks like an option. Mrsgoggins, sorry to hear about your friend. I hope you have a lovely time on your cruise. For all those planning to lose weight add me to the list, 7 pounds by end Feb for me. Back at gym tomorrow, first time after breaking my foot. Have a lovely day everyone Michelle

Hello everyone from a wet & soggy Lytham St Annes. Just been to get my nails done and had lunch. Last bit of tidying and cleaning to do before in-laws arrive for three nights. It will be a curry to eat tonight and then watch a film I think. A Live from Arvia would be good although we are not on her until March 24 Have a nice day everyone Michelle

He is feeling much better, he has had 24 hours of antibiotics now. On the road to recovery and looking forward to Xmas now x Michelle

I just wanted to say thank you everyone for your kind comments about my grandson and the antibiotic fiasco Michelle

How can that be justified when it was totally not your fault? The world has gone crazy Michelle

My daughter managed to get antibiotics for him after ringing 15 pharmacies What a relief, he should start to feel better soon Michelle

Not yet but I am seeing my daughter in an hour hopefully she has managed to get some antibiotics somewhere

Morning everyone, hope you are all ok today. It looks cloudy and no wind here today. Hubby says it’s fairly mind out too. Well an eventful day here yesterday. Looking after grandson who started to feel unwell, had earache, sickness, wouldn’t drink. A trip to our local NHS walk in centre followed. A four hour wait to be seen, got a severe ear infection, antibiotics given. After 7pm by now, tried five chemists to get antibiotics and none had them. He then became more unwell so into A & E, checked out there, no antibiotics available at pharmacy in Hosp either. Sent home early hours of this morning, hoping parents can get some today. I didn’t realise how bad the antibiotic situation was. Rest day today for me Michelle

Glad you had a great time. I think it’s the best night out ever, I know it’s expensive but totally worth it. It’s hard to explain how good and different it is to anyone. If you haven’t been just book it!! You won’t regret it Michelle

You will have a fabulous time!! We went in April for the second time, I have never been to anything like it. We were lucky enough to have a table right by the fountain. Make sure they know when you arrive you are on a scooter and you are usually put in a different queue to get in Michelle
