  1. We have a smart meter and I must confess I glance at it a few times a day as it’s in the kitchen. I won’t be cold in my own home so I just think we don’t smoke at all or drink excessively so if the heating needs to be on I put it on. We have shut the conservatory off though at the moment as it was adding £6/7 per day extra. Our Christmas decorations are going up next weekend. The grandchildren are staying so they will be excited to help. Hope you are all having a good day Michelle
  2. I will pass it onto my daughter too, she uses hers every day so I bet she doesn’t un-plug it Michelle
  3. Same for me today, just a bit of shopping. Picking my mum up soon then going into Lytham. Got a new phone yesterday so I need a new screen protector and case. Our spaniel has been out in the garden eating grass so had consequently been sick. Why are they always sick on the rug and not the wood floor?? Just had a struggle getting off the floor after cleaning the rug. No fun getting older, I am def not enjoying it especially when my foot isn’t better yet. Have a nice day everyone Michelle
  4. Hello everyone, hope you are all well. Its been a lot colder here today, roll on Summer!! I have been to my usual coffee morning with the ladies today, we had a lady showing us how to mesje a Christmas door decoration. I didn’t make one but this is a photo of my friends. They were all fantastic.
  5. Your poor friend, hopefully she makes a quick recovery. One of my friends had her bunion operated on and a few days after she was in so much pain she said she wished she hadn’t had it done. After it was fully healed she was glad she had done though Michelle
  6. Oh no!! Your poor mum. Hope she heals quickly for her cruise Michelle
  7. Thank you. I will report back as soon as I find out if I am a suitable candidate for the medication
  8. I have been able to listen to a CD sometimes and other times couldn’t have anything. First time at Royal Preston for a scan so we shall see
  9. I hope it’s quick too. When I was first diagnosed I was in for two hours with a short break while they call the consultant in which was a nightmare
  10. Thank you everyone. Dreading going on the scanner, it scares me to death as I hate enclosed spaces and it is really noisy too. I have learned to close my eyes and not open them again until it’s finished Michelle
