  3. I guess we weren't thinking and missed the boat on Splash Mountain. We didn't take any containers on the ride with us we took yesterday. They are selling the water from the ride on e-bay. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=splash+montain+water&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_odkw=888689200269+outdoor+life+shorts&_osacat=0
  4. We have seen the fireworks outside from on top the Contemporary Resort, but we have never stayed there since we had time shares at Old Key West on Property and at the Orange Lake Resort on Rt.192.
  5. We are on the 3rd floor in Building #3 facing the lake. , Tonight after getting back Magic Kingdom we went over to Back Bay Bar and Grill. and watched the 2nd Half of the 49ers and Cowboys game. Hoping we would hear some fireworks from that location but we didn't hear anything. We were there from about 8pm to 9:30pm. So still not sure which buildings have a fireworks view.
  6. Got right on with the Lightning Lane, about 10 minutes. People had to say their goodbyes to the ride I guess...We would never stay in a line that long.
  7. We paid about $1500 but we had $1300 worth of Disney Credit to use.so tickets cost us $200 out of pocket..... Because of prices sad to say this will be our last time at Disney.
  8. Splash Mountain.......220 minute wait line. We have a Lightning Lane pass for 4pm. Here is a picture of the wait time you never see again.
  9. We have sold all our timeshares we had in the Disney area. This may be our very last trip to Disney ever my wife is not happy with all the changes and the price of tickets have just sky rocketed and are out of hand and now having to pay even more for Disney Genie + and Lightning Lanes it's just crazy. This week is kind of our farewell to the parks. 😞
  10. This is the last day ever that Splash Mountain at the Magic Kingdom will be operating. Wish us luck the Lightning Lane we have for 4pm today is a go. Starting our day though at MGM Studios
  11. Longest line we stood in was about 30 minutes, there was some rides 80 to 90 minutes but we got Lightning Lanes for those rides so it won't so bad for us.
  12. Yes,you still have to wait until,I think it's 2pm. We had a Lightning Lane for Splash Mountain at 5:45 we wanted to get in today. When got there around 5:15 the ride went down so we couldn't get it in tonight,we did get the Pirates of Caribbean and the Haunted House in. Then we left a little after 7pm ,just before people were lining up and getting in place for the Fireworks show on the castle. Wanted to get back to our room at Bonnet Creek to watch the Philadelphia Eagles playoff game. no I
  13. It was pretty cool in the parks today and we had some light rain, so just wasn't a Dole Whip kind of day. Maybe later in the week.
