I am waiting until after final payment end of month most probably. I just wondered if anyone successfully used a format that had no rejections. Not so much worried about the content just the format as it seems its all over the place

Doesn’t help us for Celebrity which embarks April 20. So I wonder if you can still apply prior? Based on their track record of approval time it will be almost impossible to get in a three week time frame.

I thought PDF’s were not acceptable. They wanted PNG which I have never used in my life. How did you get the photo rejected and then accepted? Was it in PDF form and how did you size it correctly?

I know I told them in no uncertain terms that they are looking bad on social media and sent them Oceana, Regent and HAL responses. Told them to escalate to executive office. Not happy. Not expecting anything other than guidance and empathy. Sadly neither was offered. They gave me a visa service to contact and they havent responded either. They need to tell us we can stay on board and not get off the ship if that is what is required.

There are some cruiselines offering guidance. It would be helpful to either identify the line that you are on so that you can be referred to the notices.

I think that I was correct. Your bank info last day was after the app date. Doesn't make sense because you covered off before and after. Anyway those are their rules so do what they say. Congrats finally! I am still confused as to your statement. What are you actually saying that the statement final date must precede the application date? Is PNG a common format I have never used it knowingly? And did you use Mac or Android. I have Mac.

It is just terrible. CLIA need to tell the Brazilian Govt in no uncertain terms that this is unacceptable and could result in massive loss of tourism revenue. At least Oceana gave some guidance, Celebrity gave none.

Celebrity are not taking initiative with their customers. They dont care it is in our hands. They sent me an email for a third party visa company who gave an auto response that they are overloaded and will get back when they can. The response from Regent was the way it should be. Very informative but does have some interactive features with Brazil and Regent including a signed affidavit endorsed by a Brazilian official. Quite honestly I am pissed off with Celebrity and their dismissive attitude.

Why can RCCL not make an executive decision to change a couple of cruises to go around Africa rather than making numerous changes to ship deployment.
