Yep made the call and the prices are different.

It dropped again. It's at 41 a day. Not much but not bad deal. We cancelled our current at 44 bucks and rebooked at $41.

It is different on each ship. On the Oasis for my Dec. 18th sailing it is still

$48.

Thanks for the heads up we had purchased the premium package so today I checked and the Deluxe was a better deal. Original $625.40 5 days for two.

Now $566.40 so we saved $59.00 by re-booking the package.

Celebrity has a Hurricane update on the web site this morning but it is for last months Hurricane Hermine.

I really said nothing. I got the email to call they said I should not have gotten the email because I was already booked on the 5 day. She said thanks for the call though and we are going to give you $100 OBC. I said cool so I will have $100 instead of the fifty? She said no we would have $150 total OBC and thanked me for calling.

Were you already booked on the 3 day that turned into a 5 day?

No had just booked the 5 day Tuesday.

Yes I also called the redeployment desk and they told me I was fine but thanked me for calling them. They gave me an additional $100 OBC. Now we have $150.

$600 OBC???????????? You sure about that one. We got $150 per person for $300 total from Celebrity. Travel Agent gave us another $50.

Before going on a 5 day cruise on Empress of the Seas a couple of weeks ago I kept trying to buy a beverage package at the %20 off price. They kept telling me the prices on the cruise planner were discounted and it would be more expensive on the ship. So I went ahead and pre purchased our package. When we got on the ship the package prices were the same as prior to the cruise prices. When we got home I sent an email explaining this and they gave me a refund of the %20. Thanks for your resolution in this matter Royal Caribbean.

Just back from Alaska. We ate in Blu 6 of the 7 nights. Every night I ordered Caesar Salad, French Onion Soup and Escargot all of which are not on the Blu menu. Now when it comes to entrees you cannot order one from the MDR. Which worked out fine every night except the last night. There was just nothing on the Blu menu the wife wanted and she wanted Turkey dinner from the main dining room. When she asked the waiter he said he could not do it only the salads and appetizers. So she ordered something but didn't like it so when the waiter noticed she was not eating he returned with a Turkey dinner from the MDR.

I have been on the phone with them a couple of times about the packages.

Bottom line they are telling me buy it now the price will be higher on the ship.

If you are both standing there you can order two drinks. More than likely they will only take 1 sea pass card to scan. Sometimes the bartender would take both of them and scan them If you go up to the bar by yourself take both sea pass cards and you can get two drinks. This is how it worked on the Star. We were never without a drink and never had to sign any slips.

I had two friends do it. They just refunded the remaining days and took off the sticker from their sea pass card.

Can someone please tell me if you can or cannot still purchase Cheers on day 2 leaving out of Florida. Thanks.

Just a call to upgrade from our Ocean Suite to a Grand Suite for $300 for two for our 3 day cruise in April on the Magic.

Asked if he would throw in a free drink package he said no so I declined the upgrade.

I always get the Ultimate. By Noon each day I have 2 Double Kahlua Coffee Liqueurs in my coffee. One Squeezed OJ. One bottle water. Two BBC.

So that is like $70 by noon each day. No problem getting my money's worth on any day even port days.

But on the other hand we are starting to book other Cruise lines who include the drink package. I have several Celebrity dates booked and a couple NCL's. On NCL they did just change it to you have to pay for the gratuities on any of your free perks. But still a good deal.

That's not how it works if you cancel. If you cancel, they will refund the full price of the package, however they will charge you individually for all the drinks you have ordered.

Sorry but just off the Freedom and had two friends cancel the package and they were refunded the unused days.

And yes you can get liquor at the coffee bar in your coffee up until 9 am. I do it every cruise.

It is just 7 days. And it is good until 9 am the day of departure.

Remember you both don't have to buy a package. And if either one of you decide you don't want it you can sell it back to them for the remainder of the days. They just take back your sticker.

In December we were on the BOS and we did the other pier. No taxi needed.

Just a couple hours of the last night on the Cruise ship left so we went to the Casino to do our FREE Spins. The Casino worker said the Free Spin machine hasn't paid out more than a free t-shirt since she had been there in four years. She said that right after I hit it for $ 500.00.

You should specify which brand of liquor. I always ask for Pyrat Rum.
