None was the crews fault! Steaks were warm and cooked correctly! Just very chewy! And I mean very! Main dining was not bad! Just repeated the same every day! Brisket called 10 different names! Chicken called 10 different names! Just not HAL standards!

Just got off the Volendam for 28 days! Was fantastic but the food was bad! We never complained because it is not the crews fault! The deal with what they are dealt! We ate in The steak house three times! All three were not worth it! Steak was horrible! Did we complain? NO! Did in their survey! But Amazon cruise was wonderful! For such a unique cruise there was no naturalist aboard! So sad! Did complain about that! But we totally enjoyed stopping at all the places! Once in a life time!

Our cruise required a covid test! Is a NAAT rapid test an antigen test? I’m so confused! Thanks

We have been on her twice in aft cabins! Remember 8 is right under the lido deck! Could be noisy! Plus you want a cabin in the middle as it’s a bit larger! We were on 5 once and I think 7! Loved it!

We are doing the Amazon river next month! I heard the children in these towns really love when they are brought treats! Any suggestions? I was going to bring my left over Halloween candy! But will go to dollar store to pick up other things!

We have never used FE before! The way I understand it, is that you can cancel when ever you like up to final payment! Seems to easy! Am I missing anything?

We usually use points but we are running out of them! In May if we use FE flexible out of AMS! Can we cancel or change?

We bring a soft sided cooler with a large plastic bag onboard and ask steward to fill it every morning and night! We always give them a 20 when we ask! Plus more as cruise goes!
