Spins; I was just informed that our old butler of several cruises and very good friend Kartik is now the Head of Housekeeping on the Dawn. If you have the chance would you please pass our best to him from Doug and Lynn Burns. Tell him I'll be aboard for the Mar/Apr crossing from Barbados-Lisbon in 864. Lynn doesn't want to go, because she has trouble sleeping aboard ship. Thanks! Have a great crossing.

Miss Lynn and I have done many Atlantic crossings and have enjoyed every one. I am going on the Dawn by myself in March 2023 from Barbados-Lisbon and Col Wes is doing the same. Our wives don't want to go for one reason or another. There will be 8 total sea days. I love it! The social environment, food prep and service are always better( exceptional ) on sea days because the entire crew is onboard as opposed to port days when 1/3rd of the crew is always ashore. Introduce yourselves to others from around the world and enjoy their company. You'll enjoy your trip much more that way. Don't be bashful! Just relax and have fun!

I like deck 9 and will be in 930 as a single for the Dawn crossing from Barbados to Lisbon 23 Mar to 4 Apr. 2023. Been quite a while since the last cruise in 2017. Miss Lynn may join me, but she's a no go for now. My reason for deck 9 and the location is that my old body has some mobility issues, cane and all, and I'll be right next to the elevator with easy access to most everything I'll want do. I'm really looking forward to being aboard ship again!
