We had a lovely night tonight with our Sarah.
The food was nice but it was quite cold but until May 17th we can only dine alfresco.
Beautiful ladies!

How are your cholesterol and triglyceride levels?😉😇
They’re actually great. I pretty much follow a lower fat/calorie/sodium/sugar, lean protein, high fiber diet. This recipe is from a healthier cooking website I follow called Skinnytaste. Note they’re not “deep fried” Oreos, just cooked in a nonstick skillet. We really never eat deep fried foods or fast food. I enjoy cooking and finding healthier ways of making things. My cheat foods? Pasta, Italian bread, prime rib on Christmas.

Yes, coated on both sides with butter and mayo and deep fried.
Speaking of which, I made fried Oreos Saturday night; dunked in pancake batter with a little vanilla added, then cooked in a nonstick skillet; sprinkled with confectioners sugar when cool. They were delicious!

LOL...it could have been "A little wine in the food...a little wine in the chef...little bit more wine in the food...a LOT more wine in the Chef".
OMG...I am doomed. 😮😉
Exactly how I cook 🙃!

Mean 🤔, that will be the air show pictures tomorrow
BTW, we’ll be in FL this time next month. May or may not stop in Cocoa Beach. Recommendation for a place to eat on or overlooking the water? We’ve been to Fish Lips but just for cocktails.

Ahh that will look beautiful when all done. Looks nice now! Congrats on getting your nails done for the first time since last year.
Salons in my area have been open since June but business has been real slow for them and they had to let go of 2 employees. They told me about 2 weeks ago when I went for mani-pedi that business is slowly picking up again. I know the salon I get my hair cut at is almost always empty unless I go on a weekend.
Eye doctor Saturday morning and haircut next Friday. Going from this... back to my short pixie. I let the gray grow out 3 years ago.

I’m sure there is a patty under all that lettuce, tomatoes etc but it looks like a veggie burger to me with a side of slaw. 😆 Push the onion off and I’m good with it.This reminded me to thank you (just a few years late) for mentioning Gilbert’s in your reviews. DH and I cruised on Harmony out of Port Everglades in Dec 2018. We were at Embassy Suites 17th St pre-cruise and walked just around the corner to eat there. Andy (DH) was skeptical of the strip mall location but we both agree it was hands down the best burger we’ve ever had.

My day started out with some lawn repair (topsoil, seed and mulch), but got rained out early.
So I moved on to my next project, and now I have a dilemma. I have this box of old 8mm videos that were taken by my parents in the late 1950’s to early 1960’s. I have an old 8mm projector that I did a cheap lighting conversion on, and it shows them.
Now my dilemma. All of them are labeled with what is on them, except one. Do I chance watching it? It could be anything from finding out who really shot JFK, to a video of mom and dad doing some things I really wouldn’t want to see. 😱 😬
What would you do???
If you hold part of it up to a light, can you see a little of what’s on it? Kind of like we used to be able to do with photo negatives? (Really dating myself with that comment LOL)

They are American made by Telescope Casual. The far two chairs are actually rockers. We got to choose our fabric which doesn’t sun fade and are mold and mildew proof. The chairs and table bases are made from aluminum. The end tables and large table tops are made from Marine Grade Polymer.
We have had them for 5 years and would buy their product again.
Hers’s the link to their site.
https://www.telescopecasual.com/There are two local dealers who sell this brand, we’ll check them out. Much appreciated 🙂!

Check out wayfair.com I just bought a patio/dining set that looks very similar to their set. I ordered online. Supposed to arrive by end of next week.
Only thing is we will have to assemble it. I'm sure instructions will be another language.
Thanks, I’ve looked on Wayfair. They have several dining sets I like but can’t find matching pool chaise loungers. I’ll look again though.

Pool furniture went out today even thought the pool is not opened yet. It is a bit early but the weather today is 77F, feeling like 81F. Much warmer than normal but we will accept it.
Beautiful set up. Installation of Unilock pavers begins next week on ours. Will be done in 2 weeks (so the contractor says LOL). May I ask the make of your dining set & pool loungers? I’m having trouble finding ones that match (and don’t have cushions).

Lisa would be proud... I have an issue with this one. Working on 2 deals right now. 🤪I haven’t kept a car more than 3 years. Hence why we decided to switch over to leasing for our new one, just need to increase the annual mileage allowance.

We bought a dark gray with dark grey leather , first drove the regular engine and wife didn’t like the pick up so we bought the turbo version, loads of gadgets and gizmos will take her a while to get used to all the features.
Congrats on the new car

I'm assuming from your RI address that you're a Sox fan, not an Orioles fan. I was born in Boston and only lived there about a year (which I don't remember at all) before we moved. Still, I had the Red Sox in my blood. I never did live anywhere near Boston but I still follow them remotely. Until 2004, it was hard having the Red Sox and the Bills as your favorite MLB/NFL teams. Still waiting on the Bills. Too bad I didn't also have the Pats in my blood.
Yes, big Red Sox, Pats & Bruins fans. We don’t follow NBA. Boston is a great city, we don’t visit it as much as we should. Just about an hours drive from us. Always say we’d like to visit as many MLB parks as possible. So far we’ve been to Fenway, Camden Yards & Tropicana Field - we have a long way to go LOL.

In that case, DH will surely love it. Whatever I end up with will be my baby though; he just got a new truck last month.

My middle daughter puts potato chips in her sandwiches and also puts french fries on her burgers & hot dogs. She picked this up in college, at West Virginia University (if you know, you know).
