  1. Look on the app and select the current sailing
  2. On Oasis and Quantum class where reservations are required you have to wait until you board to make reservations through the app.
  3. You wont need to book a thing for your Feb cruise since its on Adventure. No reservations required with possibly the excveption of the ice show.
  4. MTD can make reservations through the cruise planner ahead of time. Note that MTD has changed recently and the earliest seating you will be able to get either in advance or on board is about 6:45. If you want earlier than that I suggest signing up for early traditional dining. Show reservations are now made on board
  5. With Royal you can move any stateroom/occupancy into the group to pick up the group amenities without having to relinquish any of your staterooms. Any of those staterooms that are either 3/4 occupancy or staterooms that are not offered in groups by Royal can not take advantage of group rates, the only thing they gain is the group amenity. When I am giving examples it is for Royal only and not the rest of the industry since every line is different.
  6. You are in full penalty phase. Any cancellation now is a 100% loss of your cruise fare. It is doubtful that Royal will let you reschedule.
  7. You will get FCC's for the cancel for any reason. They cannot be used on board, only to book or pay for a cruise
  8. Suites rarely get to take advantage of the balcony discount. The instant savings or OBC offers for suites are usually greater than the $250 balcony discount
  9. We had an Oceanview for 4 on Serenade and it was 2 Pullmans and a king that could be split into two twins.
  10. Royals 1-800 numbers typically only work from North America
  11. OP is in Singapore/Spain. I don't think they can call
  12. There usually is but it looks like there is a glitch in your planner
  13. It is for Royal and since we are on a Royal form that is all I was discussing.
  14. The longest a TA can hold a cabin without a name and deposit is 30 days and even that requires a $50 deposit per room. What TA's can do is block off group space that Royal offers. Royal will then pull inventory in order to meet those group obligations.
  15. Get an early boarding time and find a specialty restaurant as soon as you board and make your reservations for the week. It's not that difficult to get times you want.
  16. All 12 of the aft facing D4 balconies are available on deck 14 for the March 30 sailing, Lots of the D4's on deck 12 forward, a bunch of D2 midship deck 12. You need to find a good TA.
  17. Things like that are usually part of a pass through promo that Royal runs with TA's and you wont see them until you board.
  18. Ran into the same issue for clients however having it escalated to resolutions and then revenue I was able to get the cabin moved.
  19. Yes the B categories are a higher category than a D category, slightly larger
  20. Call Royal and have your accounts linked and you will both have the same number of points.
  21. Take a look on the app under Vintages and it will show a bar menu. Up to $14 are included
  22. I don't think it would stop them from sending the ships over it would just make the drydocks easier to schedule and give them options as to which ship went over as opposed to the drydock schedule dictating it.
