  1. We too were very disappointed on the 11-22-14 VOS. We spent more time in our cabin than we ever have (10 cruises)

As there was nothing to do. Activities were no existent for us after reboarding in the afternoon.

We had a great server for MTD and had him ever night. We ordered multiple starters and entrees so we always found something to our liking. The soups were amazing every night. The wj was nothing special but the omlette station made up for this for us. We only ate lunch in there a few times and ate at park cafe or main whenever we could.

Our room attendent was noncommunicative. He did pick up our room but never introduced himself or asked if needed anything. We left him a note and still didn't our requested stuff.

I will agree with other posters about the kids on the ship. Their behavior was horrible (aqnd their parents). My 9 year old refused to go to adventure ocean even complained about behaviors.

The smoke was awful. I guess because of the bad weather the smokers all gathered in the casino... you could see it rolling out by the guest relations desk. Disgusting!

Vos is one off the oldest remaining ships in the fleet and doesn't have some of the amenities that are on other vision class ships (no mini golf for one thing). The photo gallery was laughable. I had my heart set on creating a coffeetable book like I had created on our iots cruise in april. No machines, few photographers. They kept shutting down before mtd started...

I guess this ship just felt crowded. Have been on enchantment monarch, and legend and never felt that before.

The excursions we did were great: playa maya in cozumel, river rafting in belize, and jungle beachbreak resort in costa maya. We would do them all again. We were going to do the turtle farm on our own in grand cayman so we were more than a little disappointed but it couldn't be helped.

We had previously booked a thanksgiving 2015 on grandeur but since it is the same class as vos with the same venues (no mini golf, tiny arcade) we canceled it and booked on navigator out of galveston over spring break.

Our cabin was in a very convenient to the centrum and was relatively quite until the last night when a group of teenagers gathered in an empty area by the stairwell and I opened our cabin to yell at them to shut up there people trying to sleep.

Again, if my 9 year old complains about kids and their parents (all raised in a barn), you know it is pretty bad.

Embarkation was disorganized we didn't wait in line to check in but 20 minutes but waited in chairs for an hour until the doors opened and then it was choas to board. No tiers were called. We were platinum and were herded like all others.

We did self disembarkation and were horrified at the delay getting into tampa. We were over an hour late getting into tampa and had an entire extra day to get to port. We didn't get off until almost 930 when we should have been off by 800 at the latest.

We won't do VoS ever again. Boring and activity staff were bored and disengaged. Sad!
