  1. I believe it is a Diamond thing on Journeys cruises. On our Venezia Journeys cruise they did it for three nights, two sittings a night to cover everybody. I will be covering our experience when we reach that point in our review. It was a great meal, but alcoholic drinks were not free.
  2. The Venezia is now heading to Barbados…… Patti is tired from all the walking she did today, so she is going to stay in the cabin. I head to the Limelight Lounge for the 6pm (PG) Comedy Show starring Jason Andors…… While there I bump into Cruise Critic member Gail and her husband….. Comedy Club host Mathew (with one “T”), gets the show started….. Here is Jason Andors. I enjoyed his PG show. I rated him 7.5 /10 stars….. Afterwards I made my way up to the Seafood Shack to get an order of Buffalo Shrimp….. I took them over to the Burano Bar and had a couple of Thirsty Frog Wheat’s with them. Afterwards, I made my way down to the Amari Bar and had a couple of Pain Reliefs with Zora. I then made my way to the 8:30pm (R-18+) Comedy Show starring Vanessa Hollingshead….. Zora made me a Pain Relief to go….. Once again, Comedy Club Host Mathew (with one “T”) got the crowd ready…. This is Vanessa Hollingshead. Her show was terrible. I gave her a generous 4.5 /10 stars. I can only pray that she has some better material….. To cap off the night, I head to the Lobby Bar for a double Bacardi and Pepsi….. Back to the cabin where I find that Patti is still awake and feeling hungry, so I order us some room service. Patti had the chicken fingers and fries, and I had a pepperoni pizza. We watched some television and then crashed. Coming up next: A Throwback Sea Day!
  3. We are sailing away from Willemstad, Curacao….. To be continued…….
  4. Here are some additional random views as Patti makes her way back to the ship…… Patti is back on board. Here is today’s towel animal. A little something different from Edy…… We showered and then hung out in the cabin until sail away. Right at 5pm Captain Crescenzo backed the Venezia away from the pier…… To be continued….
  5. Patti walks over to the Queen Emma pontoon bridge which is still in the “open” position….. While the pontoon bridge is open, a free ferry will take you to the other side….. Patti is making her way back to the ship. Here are some random views along the way….. To be continued…..
  6. Patti climbs up to the upper level and gets these shots….. The Queen Emma pontoon bridge is in the “open” position….. Back on ground level she gets these shots of the buildings on the other side of the harbor….. To be continued……
  7. Here is the dessert section…… We spent the next few hours drying off, relaxing, and having a few drinks. Around 2pm we checked out, got our Sail & Sign cards and towel deposit money back, and then got in a waiting taxi to go back to the ship. We shared the taxi with another couple so we were only charged $12.50 for the ride back. Goodbye Sunscape Resort. We would come back here again….. We were dropped off by the pier fifteen minutes later. Here’s a nice view of the Venezia in Curacao….. At this point, I went back to the ship, but Patti wanted to explore the port area for a while. Patti heads over to the Rif Fort….. To be continued……
  8. Even though we aren’t going to partake, Patti heads over to the World Café to check out the lunch buffet offerings….. To be continued……

There is the Venezia in the distance…… Patti looks in the other direction and can see all the action over at Mambo Beach….. To be continued……
  11. The Lobby Bar and RoCoco (Lido) opened at 7am. The Burano Bar (Lido Aft) opened at 8am.
  12. We enjoyed the resort, but we probably just broke even, which was okay. 😎

  17. The bar doesn’t open for another half hour, but soft drinks and water are available. I’m going to take a dip in the ocean. I love that the beach is protected by a breakwater, so it’s easier for us old guys with bad legs to get in and out….. Patti heads past the Bluewater Grill which is right on the beach….. In the distance you can see the Carnival Venezia docked in Willemstad….. The water is so clear that you can see the fish swimming by….. To be continued…..
  18. Here are some more buffet views…… This is my plate….. This is Patti’s plate….. To be continued…..
  19. Here is the Towel Hut where I picked up our towels….. Patti has made it to the pool area. Here are some views of the swim-up bar, hot tubs, and pools….. Patti has picked our spot for the day….. We head over to the nearby World Café for the breakfast buffet….. Though not as extensive as the Barcelo in Aruba, there are still plenty of choices….. To be continued…..
