i also have not received the 5 points for booking a cruise in November

I am very confused.  I have taken quiz several times and my answers were the same as what was posted

3653 and it tells me I am incorrect.

I guess I will try again.

Just tried again and this time I got them correct

I emailed them on 9/18 with several additional emails regarding missing power up points.

I received reply on 11/6 that my missing points would be posted to my account this month.  The points posted on 11/14.

I opologize for using the word rip off. I should have phased it differently.

I check  regularly for price drops for my next cruise 

of May 2022.

I am happy for all who were able to receive a price drop with this new promotion .

Maybe next sale I will get lucky

I booked this same C1 category, same cruise last June and my rate for person was $2769.

My rate was higher even with the 20% sale.

I see your math Jelayne makes sense, but I was
hoping to see 50% off of the $2769 

I just did a mocking booking.  The room I chose stated $2612 a person

I did no add ons. When I get to the confirmation page my per person rate has now jumped up to $3720

less the 50% for second guest $1860.

What a rip off.

Since September 18th, I have sent 4 emails regarding missing power up points.  I am not getting any responses

They are very slow responding to emails. It may take a few weeks.

There has been the question as to whether Captain Club members in the US were eligible for the Europe 2022 activity.

I just checked my account again no points

Has everyone from the US that took the Europe 2022 activity in August received the 2 power up points posted to their account?

  These links are the only way I can participate in the power up activities 

I only need 17 to make Elite.

I do not receive the Captain Club News letters or any other promotional emails.

 The Captain Club and Celebrity Engagement Center have been no help. They both have exactly told me to use someone else’s links using my CC number.

When the Captains Club was unable to help me, I sent a email to

the Celebrity engagement Center a week ago and I have received

no reply

to us in North American.

9 I googled got 19 miles, but I been to Istanbul and I seen to remember 17

from Celebrity.  I have asked then to look into it for me but no

reply as yet.

I am 17 points away from making Elite

For anyone who was unable to register for the Alaska web video,

I emailed   Captainsclubwebinars@celebrity.com and asked to be

put on the list for the taped video.  I have since received the email

reply that I will be notified when the tape recording will be available

The points are also wrong on my email, but the points on my cruise history are correct

A full refund for our cancelled 3/21 Equinox cruise just posted this morning to my Chase Visa account.

It posted as 4 credits dated 4/26.

I had only called Celebrity once on 4/2 just to confirm that they had received our request for a cash refund.

I wish everyone who are still waiting for their refunds a fast resolution.

Looking forward to the day we can cruise again.
