  1. First cruise was on the NCL's SS Norway. Berthed right behind it in POM was a brand new sparking white beauty the Sovereign of the Seas, next year we told each other. After 3 sailing on her I was sold as my favorite. In fact my DW purchased a print of her that hangs in our house. Love the tween deck, a short deck of cabins between 5 and 6. and all the lounges were aft with the Windjammer forward. Then Oasis came out so we have been on each and we both believe Allure is the favorite because the Diamond lounge is still on deck 11 with a rather decent view of the Boardwalk and there is no rotting intestines hanging from the back deck down to the Boardwalk!!
  2. Blue Lagoon is our go to Hotel in MIA also. Must try that restaurant which I know is just the other side of Dolphin Expressway. Thanks for the pics!!
  3. I got to see parts of the second half. Keep waiting for the collapse that never happened, thank goodness. And yes Devo was great down the stretch then RC4 took over. We keep playing!!
  4. A great big THANK YOU to all the sharing, pictures, videos, laughs and info. I cannot wait, although I will have to, until PART DEUX which we will be a part!! So Thank You All
  5. Might get a good seat and watch to see if 2 Carnival ships crash into each other!! We were there when that happened before!!
  6. Raining here in Ormond Beach and we have been dry also, so hoping its is there as well. Seems to be covering many miles this morning.
  7. Okay I am caught up and waiting for more. I have seen so much I miss this class so badly. We are going in '25!!!
  8. We started in 1990 on SOS, then Song of Norway followed by Nordic Empress and finished with MOS. In the interim we sailed on Celebrity twice and got credit for those for an extra 14 points. When they first started the program you got a pin (which they encouraged you to wear) and a card (like a seapass or credit card). The very next cruise we took on RCCL there was a long line to get on board as the gate was not open yet. As we were checking in DW held the card up when she presented her passport. The agent called the supervisor over looked at our card and the proceeded to escort us to the front of the line where we were let on. We lots of interesting stares. So RC has always taken care of its repeat passengers.
