Wine via BVE or Wedding Guests

We will be getting married in dock in L.A. before the ship leaves to begin our cruise. We have guests who will be boarding for the wedding and then leaving by 3:00pm. I was wondering if wedding guests or people boarding via the Bon Voyage Experience can bring a bottle of wine on board with them and not pay the corkage. I really don't know if this might be possible. Anyone have any experience with this one?

Highly doubtful. Call Princess or your TA... I assume you want your guests to leave you the wine?

As far as having a BVE guest bring a bottle of wine, yes it's possible. We just did this in January out of Fort Lauderdale on the Ruby. Our BVE guest carried on one bottle and we carried on ours. They noted it and on we went.

They would need to finish it onboard while they were there. :p
