Taxi fare in Cozumel

I'm trying to determine what the taxi fare would be from Puerta Maya to Playa Mia, if anyone can help me out. There will be 6 of us. I THINK I saw where it would be 440 MXP which converts to around $25 US based on conversion charts I have seen. Does this sound correct? Playa Mia wants to charge $13 US per person for r/t transportation between the ship and beach club. With 6 of us I can't help but feel we could do better on our own AND we would be on our own schedule.

Not much difference in price but you would be on your own schedule and have transport door to door.

Thanks for the quick responses. The picture with the taxi fares is exactly what I was looking for. I agree, it won't be much difference in price (although $10 is still $10), but the convenience of getting a taxi right outside the port and returning to the exact same location is priceless.

There are three cruise ship piers on Cozumel - be sure that you go back to the correct one. It can be a challenge after 9-10 margaritas! :)
