America's cup sailing regatta or a tour to Butterfly Farm and Marigot

America's Cup is not operational and will not be for a very long time. I went in their dilapidated building a month ago when we were on the island of St. Maarten and they are slowly repairing the nearly completely wrecked yachts.

Did he pay for cruise or did you?

I mentioned this on another thread on the same topic: Why not tell the Captain what you want to do and then ask him (or her) if you could go to the Bridge for the proposal? I was on a cruise with Capt. Nick and he was so happy to invited a couple to a "special visit" to the Bridge one evening. The prospective groom popped the question. She said "yes" and their friends and family met them in Michael's Club.

Just back from 3/31 Equinox sailing. We were told that Captain Kate was taking the helm on 4/7. From what I have read about her, she would probably be open to this idea. Good luck.

Do you want to take any pictures while on board? On chic night when you are a little more dressed up have your picture taken. While she has her back to you walking away get down on one knee and when she turns around and sees you pop the question. You will have a picture of it too! Good luck and congratulations!
