Mid Atlantic Crossing

Anyone here do the Atlantic crossing with Viking? Just looking for thoughts on it. We like sea days so that is good. We like rough waters so that is good, too. What am I not thinking of?

We thoroughly enjoyed the crossing from San Juan to Barcelona last February. There were enough activities to keep us entertained. The food was wonderful and we really enjoyed the lecturers. Can't comment on the mid-crossing but the southern was gorgeous with smooth sailing.

We have done four Atlantic crossings between January and September on the comparably sized Crystal Symphony. Maybe we were just lucky, but we have had much rougher seas in other parts of the world. Go for it!

How about the weather expected, temperatures, etc? We're going from Portugal to Miami in the beginning of November and don't know what to expect. Any experienced cruisers?
