Future Cruise Deposits

Does anyone know if there's anyplace on the new website that I can see how many future cruise deposits I have on file with HAL? Just had to cancel a 2019 cruise and want to make sure the FCD is credited back.

Not that I have ever noticed.

I would call HAL and check. They can see all your FCD

I have asked that same question on numerous occasions and was always told it's not available on line, you have to call HAL.

It's surprising to me, since I can easily see all my FCCs on Princess and they are under the same management.

That depends on whether you have booked with HAL or a travel agent

There isn't any place on HAL's site where you can see your future cruise deposits.

We always use a TA and when we had to cancel a future cruise, she made certain that she got confirmation back from HAL for those deposits.
