Stop pumps rubbing heels.

Hi girls i have just bought a pair of pumps to take on my cruise on Saturday. Sure as eggs is eggs they are going to rub my heels, plasters to the ready. Has anyone any tips to help soften the heel of my pumps,

Try those cushioned stick-on things that go inside the shoe, depending on what area you need it for. The drug store sells all kinds.

If your shoes are 100% leather and they fit correctly, they should not rub on your heel. It sounds like they are too small. I never buy shoes that aren't comfortable. Man made materials are almost always going to hurt your feet.

I always have trouble with that and I buy all leather shoes. Foot Petals has a product and also DSW has something. I have bought both.

I found Dr. Scholl's® For Her Rub Relief™Stick in my drug store and picked one up that second.

I haven't had a chance to use it, but I get blisters really quickly from dress shoes and anything is worth a try. I've been buying mostly backless or sling-backs to get me through the warmer months.

Buy some MOLESKIN--any drugstore has it. Cut it to fit the heel of your shoe, and stick it in there...it will last and last...and you won't have to worry with "plasters" (band-aids!)...

Properly fitting shoes should NEVER cause blisters!

If they are leather, you can buy some Mink Oil and rub on them. It will soften the leather and seal and protect them as well. The softening will allow you to break in the spots that rub.

Have a shoe repair place stretch them.

Wear hose.

Moisturize your feet before wearing.

If you blister, antibiotic band-aids help them heal quicker.

Carry band-aids just in case those foot-rubbing prevention methods don't work for you.

Hi thanks for the tips all new shoes tend to rub my heels, trainers are the worst culprits.
