If I remember correctly we dressed up after the evening show for the costume contest. There really wasn't the many people who dressed up on our sailing. We still had a good time.

I've been on three Halloween cruises and some people are in costume at breakfast. So it's really up to you. The festivities really get going in the early evening. The children have a party at Club Carnival and trick or treat in costume around the ship. The adults have a parade and costume contest and then it's on to the disco. Some of the costumes the passengers come up with are just amazing.

Dad would like to use his costume instead of "formal night" (hates packing/wearing dinner jacket to board ship), so we're hoping that costume party is that night!

We went on a Halloween cruise and some were in costume at dinner but most were dress just before the Halloween parade which was just after the late dinner.

On Valor last year we dressed up after dinner for the parade. Some folks do nothing, some brought differnt costumes and dressed up each day/night of the cruise. Do what makes ya happy and have fun!
