Room service menu.

Recommended Posts

Does it change daily or is it the same all the time.

Even though I have been on 2 cruises they were short ones so never used Room service for anything.

I'm thinking of a nice sea day breakfast room service and dinner.

I know about the charge after midnight so I guess its just tipping during the day.

What's the most times in a cruise you have roomservice on a day? :D

The room service menu is the same, but during dinner hours, you can order SOME of the items they're serving in the dining room, but not all (like lobster!)

Also, if there's something that's not on the menu (like croissant), you can write it in...if they have it, they will bring it.

Unless you have a suite with a dining table, eating a full meal in your cabin is messy and difficult from a knee-high coffee table or small patio table. It's not as "romantic" as you might think!

There is only a surcharge after mid-night and that includes the "tip".

No matter what kind of cabin you're in, you can request whatever you want. They'll bring you whatever you ask for . . .

BUT everything isn't really a good choice for room service. Consider breakfast foods: They don't put pancakes on the menu because pancakes aren't really all that good unless they're fresh off the griddle. By the time the kitchen prepares them, they're set on a tray, and they make it to your room, and then you perhaps take a minute to get out of bed and situate yourself before you eat . . . even with a cover to hold in the heat, the pancakes may've passed their prime.

Wanting to do a good job (and earn tips), room service only recommends things that "travel well". Still, if you request the pancakes, you'll get them.

No, it's not. There's a different menu in the suite packet that has different items than the regular menu.
