The cupcakes are from a boardwalk shop called the cupcake cupboard and you get to decorate them first. I think you are paying for the decorating experience not the cupcake.

Cupcakes are $2.50 each, the cupcake decorating class is $19.50. I haven't been on my cruise yet, but I have read reviews that Johnny Rocket's does have breakfast items like eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast.
