Cat. W Deluxe Stateroom Guarantee on NOS

So I just checked the prices on my first cruise ever and RCI is now showing Deluxe Stateroom Guarantee for $150 bux less a person than what I paid for the JS.

 

Being that the W deluxe stateroom guarantee is listed on the same page as the suites... that means the guarantee is at least a JS, right?

 

What are you thoughts on the guarantee'd categories? Should we give up our JS and go for the guarantee'd room?

What sailing are you on? I have a Cat W on the NOS in January too....I would keep the Cat W..if they get a lot of people to bite on the discounted price then you may end up with something higher than the JS...what do you have to lose? thn again I am a risk taker :)

Call them and find out what the minimum catagory is that you'll get! If indeed it IS a "suite" guarantee, do it!

If not, then you'll be giving up a spacious JS for ALOT less space and comfort.

Yes, JS is the minimum even though the wording is a little funny.

Cat W guarantee is a JS or above.

looks like i missed out on the cheaper GTY room selection. i looked it up on RCI website again when i got home from work and it was gone! i've been looking every day since and nada.

 

oh well... :-)
