Barbara Some are, some aren't. Go to View Details on the Circle Savings Account Account. Under Account Summary, click on the Onboard Credits tab. Stevesan Posted October 21, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 21, 2009 Are OBCs shown on the cruise personalizer?I can't seem to figure out how to find them... help! and thanks! Barbara If the obc is from Princess AND you booked directly with Princess, it will appear in "Balance & Payment" If you booked thru a travel agency AND the obc is from Princess it will be reflected in your Captain's Circle account, to quote Caribill :p . If the OBC is from your TA, it will appear on the travel agency's invoice.
cherylandtk Posted October 21, 2009 #4 Share Posted October 21, 2009 And to add to what Steve said; when using FCC(s) to book; the associated credits will both show under balance and payment, but will not both show on the Captain Circle account. The primary name will show their credit but not the second in the cabin.
hansi Posted October 21, 2009 #5 Share Posted October 21, 2009 This, of course, only applies to US based passengers. OBC does not show for us Brits!
Colo Cruiser Posted October 21, 2009 #6 Share Posted October 21, 2009 As stated not all OBC will show on the personalizer. Even once onboard we have found that some may still take a day or two to post.
