Valor-Departing what is the latest time?

We are travelling on the Valor Dec 13/09 sailing and I am trying to finalize our transfers from the POM to the airport. I am using Quality Limo as per the positive comments from the boards for our transfer company. What I need to know is when should I have them arrive to meet us. Our flight does not leave until 300pm on Dec 20, so we don't want to be the first off, however, we don't want to be sitting on the pier waiting for our transfer. Due to our departure time from Miami, when should we schedule the arrival for transfer from the pier?

Everyone will be off at 10 am at the latest, usually some time between 9:30 am and 10 am the last of the guests will be escorted off
