Need help designing some 'cruise fabric'

I'm going to make my son a shirt for his first cruise, and am designing my own fabric to make it out of

I can use any image, it will be repeated all over the fabric...

 

Anyone have a suggestion for a good image to use? The Ship we will be on is Freedom of the Seas, so I was thinking a good image of that or a genaric cruise ship.

 

(yes I know Im a dork, I have to make him outfits for everything!)

I think it's a lovely idea! We go round charity shops looking for old ties with patterns for cruises- ship's wheels, knots, fish etc.

I think Freedom would be a good idea- perhaps with a palm tree, or how about a cheeky little tug boat as well?

You should set up a shop- I'd buy!- jocap.

It repeats all over the fabric, staggered in a 'brick' sort of pattern. Each ship ends up being about 5.5" long on the fabric.
