Things I will do on my next cruise...

After many cruises, the last 5 on CCL, I have promised myself we will do these things every time and have not, not even on an 8-day! Next time I will:

1. order room service, besides coffee in the morning

2. go to the late-night comic show

3. go to karaoke

4. go to afternoon tea while at sea

5. have pizza

We've never done any of the above...too full or too busy! You?:confused:

I'd like to order room service (other than breakfast) too. We will have late dining so we might have reason to order a late lunch.

 

I'd like to do a trivia activity.

 

I'd like to try the burrito bar.

 

I'd like to try the deli.

 

I'd like to get surf 'n turf on Elegant night (by ordering lobster and prime rib).

 

I'd like to get a freebie at one of the port talks or debarkation talk.

3. go to karaoke, but my wife said I am NOT allowed to sing ..be happy everyone:)

4. Try the ice cream on Lido

5. have pizza

6. Be in an interior cabin on the Lido deck...might be interresting

7. I will not pack a tie;)

8. Look for something new to try out

go back to the piazza- been avoiding it due to diet

Buy more duty free liquor

Play mini-golf

Order a bottle of Champagne from the Bon Voyage department.

Not check my email from aboard ship.

Go to the free sundae bar

Order two lobster tails on the first elegant night

Order ship cocktail every night as a starter

Try different frozen drinks

Try Caesar salad from pizzeria

 

Oh wait...those were all things I hadn't done before that I DID DO on the Spirit last week! Did everything on my "haven't done before but want to on this cruise" list!! :)

 

Also ordered room service 3x, went to both adult shows and had pizza! :D

This is only my 2nd cruise, 1st was ocean view.

This time, we will be in an interior,

just steps away from all the things on the Lido deck,

sounds like fun to me. It doesn't take a lot to make me happy:D

My next cruise is in 38 days, so I plan on doing the following:

 

Eating breakfast as often as possible in the dining room

I have never had lunch in the dining room, now is the time

I plan on hanging out on Promenade and people watching

I plan on NOT running around here and there doing this and that, I don't need to do that many activities

I plan on getting time on a deck chair around the Lido deck when everyone is in San Juan touring or shopping

I plan on flirting shamelessly with a certain crew member if he is on board (in the dining room).

I plan on winning the biggest jackpot anyone has seen on a cruse ship--ok, so this is a fantasy/or wish....

 

I only have 38 days to wat before I can act upon these "I Plan.." actions..

Try the steam room/sauna

Join the dancing crowd on the Lido for the Sailaway Party

play a little in the Casino

Go to EVERY bar and have a DOD:D:D:D

Every cruise DW and I come up with three new things to do, last cruise we did all three.

Go to the gym

Join balcony club

Win at casino (always have this one, first time we have done it)

Try the Indian food.

Get 2 orders of escargot.

See purser right away for Behind the Fun tour. (I'll get to go to the Platnium line!)

Have at least one DOD.

Get the hollandaise on the side of the eggs benedict.

 

For those who play trivia remember Lady B. Johnson.

This is a cute thread...I plan to:

 

1) Make my kids tell me to act my age :p

2) Get my husband to dance with me (slow/fast - doesn't matter)

3) Order room service

4) Sip champagne under the stars

5) leave home / work where they belong - which is NOT on the cruise ship!!

3) Realize I can do things without DH if he wants to park himself in the
