will corkage be charged on wine brought onboard at different ports if you drink it in your cabin ?

Corkage is never charged for wine you drink in your cabin. It only applies if you bring the wine to a dining room or other public area (bar, lounge, etc.).

Well it is obvious that Azamara is going for people who like wine! House wine and lower corkage. I love it.

Technically you were not allowed to bring wine onboard except at your embarking port. Has that changed?

We are traveling in 2 weeks and when I phoned Azamara we were told we could bring on wine in ports. They said something like the ship is not RCCL or Celebrity.

Love it! But somehow I don't think I'll be buying much wine in China or Japan.
