Jewel Cabin 8666 obstruction question

We have a hold on cabin 8666 which is the last cabin before the afts, it shows a larger balcony but my TA said sometimes the window washing machine is parked there and may cause and obstruction...any one had this cabin that can give me info...thanks

It doesn't cause an "obstruction"...we had the JS in the same location....Yes, you can see it, but it's above your head, and doesn't affect your view at all. After 5 mins., you won't even pay attention to it!

And, yes--you get extra balcony space---very nice for a nap!

Just know (and this goes for all cabins, by the way!) that on port days, it's likely there will be workmen cleaning the ship from those "window washing platforms"---they move all down the side of the ship, so it's not just YOUR cabin this will affect! Make sure you're dressed before you fling open the curtains!!!!
