OMG it's hard to choose - for me between 3 night in Courtyard villa and 12 day outside

Ten days in a balcony - that is the lowest cat. I will cruise in.

Two weeks in an inside cabin would be great for me. :)

 

We did 17 days on the GEM in an inside in Jan/Feb this year and loved it.

 

I've cruised in an AB, and several AD suites....it wasn't hard for us to go back to an inside to get to spend a longer time on the ship.

Note: I've yet to have "the suite life," so obviously, I don't "know" what I'm missing.

 

I'm fairly sure if I HAD cruised in a suite before, I'd pick "5-night in a Penthouse."

 

According to many here, once you cruise in a suite, booking anything less just won't do. :D

As much as I would like to try the higher cats, I would also choose 10 days in a balcony. (Second choice is 5 days in a Penthouse just for the perks!)

I may be tempted to try the 10 day in a balcony if it is somewhere like New England/Canada or Panama Canal where I think the balcony would be extra special, otherwise, it would be the two week interior.

In the interest of full disclosure :) we have never cruised in a suite but we have cruised in an inside and outside. But I soooo enjoy the balcony for morning coffee, private sailaways and watching the sea and stars at night...ahhhhhh.

I hope to try a CV or luxury suite one day.

For now, long cruises are terrific. I would select 2 weeks inside or 12 day outside because they are the longest.

Also, a one night CTN in a Garden Villa does not even allow you to really enjoy what you have.

It all depends on where you are going. If I was going to the Caribbean it would be a 14 day inside. If I was going to Alaska, it would be a 10 day Balcony.....

I'd love to choose the two week cruise in an inside cabin, but because of hubby's work schedule, I'd have to go with the one week cruise in a mini suite.
