Early Breakfast on Jewel?

We're new to cruising - with our first cruise on the Jewel in August 2010.

We're booking some shore trips that have an early start. Can anyone tell me whether we can book early room service breakfast and what's likely to be available. I've seen from another thread that the MDR opens 8.00am and Windjammer 7.00am but we'd like to be ready early to disembark for the tour.

Yes, room service is avail. 24/7. If you order before 5:30am, there may be a $3.95 service charge, but that includes the tip.

We've always been able to get eggs, toast, etc...along with the common pastries, meats, etc.... Coffee, tea, cereals...
