MTD and formal nights (RCCL newb here)

Recommended Posts

Hi, not new to cruising, but new to RCCL. Have done the "flexible dining" on NCL and CCL, but always skipped formal nights because my ex hated them. Now that I'm taking my first cruise with my current gf, we're both interested in the formal night, however we selected My Time Dining. Does the formal night still apply to us?

thanks in advance,

mike

yes it does......

you just follow the dress code same as you would with traditional dining..

you can make a reservation each day...or you can try for the same table/time each day as well...

or you can just show up....whatever you wish! we had MTD on our back to back and had the same table, time and most of the servers for both legs. (our 1st waiter went on vacation at the end of the 1st leg)
