Anyone else note that the "my reservation" part of "My Celebrity" takes a long time to update once you make changes? I canceled my air so I could see if I could get a better price but it's been almost an hour and my reservations still says it's updating.....:mad::mad::mad:

p.s. Beware of a heavily accented agent at Choice air who is not very helpful and will talk over you at every turn.

I tried to make reservations for Specialty Dining but it just loops you back to log-in, then once you do that and get back to "Manage my resv", you get "Reservation being modified, try later", so you wait for it to time out, try again and it repeats:(

 

I sent an email but nothing heard back yet.

My account has been very difficult to manage the past few weeks!:(A customer service rep in web administration told me, "nothing was wrong" as far as she could tell! Have sent quite a few email questions, but so far no response. Very poor service on Celebrity's part.
