Soda question

I believe I saw this topic months ago when we first booked our cruise, but now that our cruise is only a week away, I was thinking about it again, and can not remember the guidelines.

We are traveling on Carnival and were wondering if and how much soda we can bring on board. Do we pack soda in our luggage? Can we bring 2 L or 12 packs? Not huge soda drinkers, but enjoy one from time to time!

Thanks!

Yes, you can bring 12 packs, or 2 L. The first time we cruised, I had a 12-pack, and the porter would not accept it. We had to carry it till our room was ready. So now I fly with a empty duffle, buy soda in the morning, and put it into the duffle, with a luggage tag. Have a great cruise! Kathy

Yes you can, as others described, but if you're "not huge soda drinkers"..maybe it's not worth the trouble, and you just buy a soda on the ship?? Or a can or two in a port, and bring it back with you?

We're not "huge soda drinkers" either, and I wouldn't bother with either a case of 12 or 24, myself!
