newbiecruiser09 Posted January 28, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 28, 2010 They were really fast when I mailed it in too. I think it was less than 1.5 weeks (over the holidays no less!) from when I mailed it to when it was applied.

roysmith99 Posted January 28, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 28, 2010 We had a similar experience a copupe of yeras ago too, even from the UK I was able to email my voucher through, admittedly to the UK office, but it was applied very fast. In my experience though the UK tend to be more repsonsive, mainly because their team is not as large - but well done Royal Caribbean. .
nubble88 Posted January 29, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 29, 2010 Royal Caribbean's Customer Service is fantastic! The company goes to the extreme to make sure you are getting the best out of your vacation...it is certainly money well spent.

FLCRUISINGCPL Posted January 29, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 29, 2010 Last one I mailed took 4 months to apply, but having said that, the cruise was still more than 12 months out from the date they applied it.

Priusprof Posted January 29, 2010 #12 Share Posted January 29, 2010 I mailed my certificate in to C&A and they received it quickly. I discovered that since I was using a travel agent it needed their approval prior to implementation. The reason is because it impacts their commission. There was no issue in my TA sending approval but this is a FYI for all.
