Venice water taxi

Exactly where are the water taxis located at the cruise terminal? I think I read it costs about 100E to go to the airport, right?

How about land taxis...do they pick up at the cruise terminal or must you go to Piazzale Roma to get one? Trying to figure out the easiest and best way (price and time) to get to the airport after our cruise...we overnight in Venice so can get off the ship quite early but need to be at the airport by 9 am.

You don't need to spend money on a water taxi to get to the airport from the main cruise terminal. Some cruise lines shuttle you to Piazzale Roma where you can get either a land taxi or an express bus.

The bus costs 3e per person and has luggage storage underneath it.

It runs on a regular schedule and will get you to the airport in about 20-30min.

You can click on the little clock on the right to see the schedule.
